Martyn came over in early July to give us a quote. He was on time. We went to the furnace room for him to measure. Then we sat at the table and he was just like talking to an old friend. Answered all my questions about furnaces and HRV's. He wrote up a quote. I called a couple of weeks later to set up an install date with Kelly. The installers were scheduled for 8-8:30 am and were here just before 8am. Dan and Ryan came in first, then a little later Ian and Miles. All the guys were friendly, happy and good workers. Did a neat and tidy job, no mess on a hot day. Install was great, people are great and quote was great. Furnace is quiet and I'm sure will add comfort to our home this coming winter. Martyn and his team changed our wood burning/electric furnace to a heat pump with propane backup. Getting the old equipment out of our basement was no easy task!
